Our Vision
We envision a thriving regional community where all residents, visitors, and businesses live healthy, fulfilling lives and have equitable opportunities and resources, leading to optimal health and social-emotional well-being.
The NorthEast Public Health Alliance (NEPHA) is a Shared Services Arrangement made up of the towns of Billerica, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Tyngsborough. Through this regional partnership, NEPHA works to enhance the delivery of local public health services by leveraging shared resources, coordinated strategies, and cross-town collaboration. The coalition is grounded in a shared commitment to equity, efficiency, and community well-being, with the goal of strengthening public health capacity and improving health outcomes for all residents across the four towns.

Community Partnerships Highlight
NEPHA is actively exploring community partnerships to strengthen Maternal, Child, and Family Health (MCH) across the region.
In recent months, NEPHA has collaborated with the Northeast Maternal Workgroup and leading MCH organizations, including the North Shore Mother Visiting Partnership (NS MVP), to identify opportunities that support the health and well-being of pregnant people, children, caregivers, and their communities.
