Our partners include the Greater Lowell Health Alliance, NACCHO, Chelmsford Food Pantry, BSAS, PPNM, and Chris Connolly from Living My Dream Yoga. We’ve also worked closely with local agencies such as the Chelmsford Fire and Police Departments, Chelmsford Telemedia, the Chelmsford Senior Center, the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), and the Middlesex Hoarding Disorder Resource Network. Additionally, we’ve been engaged with the state’s maternal health initiatives, including the Northeast Maternal Workgroup, to support improved outcomes for birthing individuals and families. Our collaboration with the Westford Health Department has also been instrumental in advancing regional public health efforts. These partnerships have supported a wide range of initiatives—from wellness programming and emergency preparedness to behavioral health, maternal health, and community outreach.”
